Position: Housekeeper

Location: Ten Sleep, WY
Classification: Winter Seasonal, Full time
Pay: $15-$21/hour plus tips
Position Overview
As a Housekeeper, you play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences by ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and resort facilities are clean, comfortable, and welcoming. You will support daily resort operations by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail. Through your commitment to quality service and hospitality, you help provide guests with a relaxing and enjoyable environment throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning & Maintenance
- Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, common areas and restrooms
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors as needed
- Remove trash and debris
- Clean upholstered furniture
- Perform deep cleans and detailed work as required
- Laundry & Linen
- Change linens and towels, manage all laundry (washing, drying, ironing, sorting) and keep the linen room stocked
- Supplies and Equipment
- Restock guest amenities and cleaning supplies and maintain, clean and store all equipment
- Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning supplies
- Reporting & Compliance
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards and property damage to management
- Log and return lost and found items and guest property
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment
- Undergo training and adhere to company policies regarding work shifts and guest privacy
- Teamwork & Customer Service
- Provide a clean, welcoming environment for guests and respond to in-room issues promptly
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team and follow all company policies including guest privacy standards
- Maintain positive relationships with employees and guests

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous housekeeping or lodging experience preferred
- Ability to lift, push or pull at least 50lbs and stand for extended periods
- Availability for flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends and holidays
