Position Overview
We are seeking a talented, motivated line cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This is a slightly above entry-level position, perfect for someone looking to expand their skills and work alongside acclaimed professionals. In this position you will learn and develop the techniques and skills utilized in some of the world's most famous restaurants.
About the Restaurant & Bar
Nestled in the Bighorn National Forest, our ski resort offers exceptional recreational opportunities throughout the year. The on-site restaurant and bar welcome the public Friday through Sunday, providing a rustic, elevated experience to the public. From Thursday through Sunday, we also deliver high-level, curated culinary experiences for private guests and elite clients.
Our kitchen is led by Michelin and World’s 50 Best celebrity chef Zev Bennett, promising an inspiring environment for culinary growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute menu items to the chef’s standards during both public service (Friday–Sunday) and private guest experiences (Thursday through Sunday)
- Assist with mise en place, plating, and maintaining a clean, organized station.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and exceptional quality
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times, including maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness
- Adapt to curated, high-level menus and exclusive guest experiences under Chef Zev Bennett’s guidance
Are you the right fit? Below are some traits an ideal candidate possesses:
- 1 to 2 years of kitchen experience (restaurant, catering, or hospitality) preferred, but strong candidates with less are encouraged to apply
- Food handler card preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs
- Passion for food and hospitality
- Availability for full-time, part-time, or seasonal work, including Fri-Sun public service and weekday/weekend private service as well as inventory and maintenance
